He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a Barrister at Law (London) and an eminent jurist. He is also a very astute businessman and Director of a number of Companies including Quality Insurance Company Ltd and Quality Life Insurance Company Limited..

PROF. KWAME ADOM FRIMPONG

Prof. Kwame Adom-Frimpong is a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant, Facilitator, and Trainer. Prof. Adom-Frimpong is currently the Managing Director of Mainstream Reinsurance Company Ltd. Until his appointment as the Managing Director, he was the Director in charge of Finance, a position he held for ten years. He was formerly the Head of Audit at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT). Prof. Adom-Frimpong holds a Doctorate in Financial Management and MBA (Finance). He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) (Ghana) and also member of the following institutions; Institute of Charted Accountants (Ghana), Ghana Institute of Management, Association of MBAs (UK), Institute of Data Processing and Management (IDPM now IMIS) and a lawyer

BEN DONKOR

Mr. Ben Donkor has been a director of the company from inception to date. He is the chairman of Agona Rural Bank and a member of the Lands Commission, Cape Coast. He was a director and CEO of a number of agro- industrial establishments in Ghana in the 80’s and until 2008 was the CEO of Ivory Finance Company Limited. He has held a number of directorships including Bank for Housing and Construction, CEDECOM and Global Assurance Company. He was also the Chairman of the Board of Governors of Swedru High School from 1997 – 2007. He is a product of University of Ghana Legon and the Graduate School of USDA of Washington DC.

NANA AGYEI DUKU

Nana is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of HFC Bank Ltd and the Managing Director of Ghana Union Assurance Company Limited (GUA). Nana has held numerous directorships in many Companies. Nana was past president of African Insurance organisation (AIO), Ghana Insurers Association and West Africa Insurance Association (WAICA). He was also a former chairman of Ghana Stock Exchange and National Health Insurance.

FELIX NTRAKWAH

Mr. Felix Ntrakwah is the senior partner of Ntrakwah and Co., a corporate and commercial law firm in Ghana. Mr. Ntrakwah obtained his LLB degree form the University of Ghana in 1973 and qualified as a lawyer at the Ghana School of Law in 1975. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, International Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He was for a number of years a director of Ghana Commercial Bank Limited. He was the Chairman of Financial Investment Trust and also Eximguaranty Company (Ghana) Ltd. Mr. Ntrakwah is the founder of the Corporate Law Institute of Ghana and a member of the Committee of Experts for Business. He has published articles on various topics including corporate governance, privatization, banking, among others.

FRANK ODOOM

Dr. Frank Odoom was the Director General of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), and proceeded to go on leave in 2013. He was also the MD for Quality Insurance, working the position for more than 5 years.

JACOB KHOLI

Jacob Kwame Kholi occupies the position of Chairman at Leasafric Ghana Ltd. Mr. Kholi is also Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Managing Partner at Aureos Ghana Advisers Ltd. and Managing Partner at Aureos West Africa Fund LLC and on the board of 8 other companies. In his past career Mr. Kholi occupied the position of Partner at Abraaj Capital Ltd. and Senior Partner at Aureos Capital Ltd. (a subsidiary of Abraaj Capital Ltd.). He received a graduate degree from the University of London, an undergraduate degree from the University of Ghana Business School, an undergraduate degree from the University of Ghana and an MBA from Paris Graduate School of Management.
